1. The Competition

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 25hours Hotel Indre By Copenhagen x Fodboldfesten competition (the "Competition").

1.2 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply.

1.3 The Competition opens on the date of publication and closes at midnight (CET) on 15th July 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of Denmark aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees (and their immediate family members) of 25hours Hotel Indre By Copenhagen, Ennismore, Fodboldfesten, and any agencies or third parties involved in the administration of this Competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request proof of age and residency before awarding any prize.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the online entry form in full, providing their first name, last name, email address, and date of birth, and correctly answer the competition question.

3.2 Participants must also confirm their agreement to these Terms and provide their consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Clause 7.

3.3 Entries must be submitted via the official competition landing page before the Closing Date.

3.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.

4. The Prize

4.1 There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:

• One overnight stay for two people in a standard double room at 25hours Hotel Indre By Copenhagen (including breakfast where applicable, subject to availability);
• A premium table for up to 8 people at The Final at Fodboldfesten;
• A drinks package to the value of 1,500 kr (one thousand five hundred Danish kroner).

4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of it with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

4.4 The overnight stay is subject to hotel availability and must be redeemed by a date to be confirmed by the Promoter. Reasonable advance notice is required when booking.

4.5 The prize does not include travel to or from Copenhagen, personal expenses, or any items not explicitly stated in Clause 4.1.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries that have correctly answered the competition question.

5.2 The draw will take place immediately after the Closing Date.

5.3 The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry within 24 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner, who will likewise be notified within 24 hours and must respond within 24 hours. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed.

5.4 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Privacy of the Winner

6.1 The winner's identity will not be published or disclosed publicly. No announcement of the winner will be made on the Promoter's or Partner's social media channels, website, or any other public platform.

6.2 The winner will not be asked to participate in any marketing activity, publicity, or promotional material in connection with this Competition or the prize. Winning the Competition confers no obligation to appear in or contribute to any marketing communications.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Personal data collected through this Competition (name, email address, and date of birth) will be processed by 25hours Hotel Indre By Copenhagen (operated by Ennismore) as data controller, for the sole purpose of administering the Competition and fulfilling the prize.

7.2 Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize (e.g. sharing relevant details with Fodboldfesten for the purposes of arranging prize access).

7.3 All personal data collected through this Competition will be deleted within 90 days of the Closing Date, except where retention is required by law.

7.4 Entrants who separately opt in to marketing communications will have their data processed for that purpose until they unsubscribe. This is independent of the competition entry.

7.5 Entrants have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting data@ennismore.com.

7.6 Complaints regarding the processing of personal data may be directed to the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

7.7 Data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven, lov nr. 502 af 23. maj 2018).

8. General

8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this Competition or prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition or these Terms at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice where possible.

8.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

8.4 This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform through which it may be promoted.
